Upon acceptance, an enrollment contract, stewardship agreement, and tuition & fees policy documents will be mailed to each parent/guardian and a non-refundable registration fee will be due at that time. At Seton Catholic School, we are committed to providing students with the highest quality education at a reasonable cost, including fees for tuition, plus fees for capital improvements and technology.

Family Discounts A 10% discount will be given for the second child in each family; a 20% discount will be given for the third child, and a 30% discount will be given for the fourth child in each family.
School Fees School Fees for the 2025-2026 academic year will be $525. This includes academic resources, materials, technology, maintenance, extracurriculars and Diocesan fees.
To qualify for the parishioner rate, families must be registered, contributing and active members of a supporting Catholic parish. They must meet the criteria established by their pastor for the Parishioner rate. Families must designate their parish on the Stewardship Agreement. The designated parish will be contacted regarding the families parishioner status during September of the school year. If the family does not qualify under the parish’s requirements, the family will be responsible for the non-parishioner rate and their tuition may be increased at that time.
All Seton families are required to complete and sign a Stewardship Agreement.
Unless tuition is paid in full, all Seton families are required to participate in the FACTS tuition management program. Tuition payment options are outlined on the Tuition Enrollment Agreement.
Students purchase their own textbooks and eBooks. The cost varies depending on the class schedule.
In order for a child to participate in summer activities such as sports camps, practices or service hour opportunities through the school, all registration forms must be completed, all fees must be current and their tuition agreement must be set up with FACTS Management.
If tuition and/or any fees are not current at the time of End of Quarter or End of Course exams, the student and parent RenWeb portals may be deactivated.
At the end of the grading period, if tuition and fees are not current, RenWeb portals will be deactivated and report card(s) will not be distributed until the balance is paid in full.
Any balances over 60 days past due will result in the familys RenWeb portals being blocked until payments are current.
Students withdrawing from Seton School prior to the end of the school year are required to pay tuition for the remaining portion of the semester of their withdrawal. Transcripts will not be released until the balance is paid in full with a certified check or money order.
Applications for Tuition Assistance for returning students should be submitted directly to FACTS by February 15, 2025.
Tuition Assistance Applications for new students should be submitted directly to FACTS by March 15, 2025 but not before you have received a letter of acceptance.
