Gravity

Gravity

Physics students are studying the acceleration of falling bodies which have different masses. Do objects with different masses fall at the same rate of acceleration on Earth? Interesting that you asked. Students in Mr. Polands class learned that all objects free fall at the same rate due to gravity. Because the gravitational field at Earth's surface causes an acceleration of any object placed there, we call this ratio the acceleration of gravity!
