Student Council

Student and Community Leadership

Student Council is the student government organization that represents the middle and high school students of Seton Catholic. Its purpose is to collaborate with faculty and the administration, to strengthen student life and provide valuable learning and social experiences. The Student Council gives students a voice in adjudicating school issues and ideas for solutions. The Student Council strives to connect the student body, get students involved, and to cultivate a positive climate throughout the school.

The goal of the Student Council is to heighten the sense of community within the Seton Family, act as a voice for students, provide community service, and raise funds for charities and school improvements. The Seton Catholic Student Council gives our Knights a chance to make judgments about our school and explore the democratic decision-making process.

Leadership is a key component of a successful Student Council. Participation in the Council encourages responsibility, citizenship and leadership.
